Location: Flexible, remote with some time in the NYC HQ and travel as needed.

Remuneration: Competitive salary + highly attractive early stage equity, TBD.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the senior manager of growth will work cross-functionally and with our community of brands to build and drive a powerful S-commerce D2C acquisition, conversion, and retention engine as well as the repeatable playbook to onboard new brands quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate for this role will have passion for and conviction in our vision: to bring integrated healing to the world. You are an athlete with skills and appetite to work across brands, the full funnel, and as both strategic architect and operator/analyst, and thrive off of that degree of dynamism in a role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Martech / stack migration, paid media, referral, and influencer acquisition strategy

  • Rapid creative testing & iteration strategy

  • Conversion rate optimization, and repeat purchase, upsell, cross-sell, & subscription strategy

  • Advise on and craft key optimization strategies, as well as provide cross-portfolio reporting and optimization recommendations

  • Keep a pulse of the media landscape, including emerging channels and prospective partners that can uniquely catalyze growth

 

Experience

  • Deep experience across growth (both product and media), retention, and martech

  • S-commerce D2C experience is a plus

  • You are highly collaborative, with the ability to manage agency partners effectively, and build healthy relationships with teams across our portfolio companies, and spanning the globe

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • An optimistic, high-energy problem solver

  • Intellectually curious with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • Proactive and comfortable working with uncertainty

  • Detail oriented, creative, open-minded

  • Passion for and understanding of healing with natural remedies, conscious living and health
